Infrastructure Engineer
Hybrid - London (3 days per week)
Up To £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Overview
We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing technology team that is investing heavily in cloud, automation and AI-driven solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 5-6 years of infrastructure engineering experience who's built a strong foundation within Microsoft technologies and Azure and is looking to take ownership of modern cloud environments while gaining greater exposure to AI-enabled platforms and services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, building and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure.
- Supporting cloud-first initiatives across the business.
- Driving automation through Infrastructure as Code.
- Managing identity, networking, security and platform services.
- Collaborating with development and architecture teams on new cloud solutions.
- Supporting the adoption of AI services and cloud-based innovation projects.
- Monitoring, optimising and improving platform performance, security and reliability.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure networking.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting using PowerShell and Python.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Understanding of security, governance and best practice cloud operations.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or AI-powered cloud services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or container platforms.
- Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments.
