The Role
- Support and improve the core infrastructure, security, and networking environments
- Work across a multi-site UK operation
- Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Manager
- Engage in infrastructure, networking, and security projects
- Take on real ownership and responsibility within a small, collaborative team

What You'll Need
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Proficiency in networking and firewalls
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Understanding of cyber security best practices
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
