Job Type: Long term contract role with inside IR35

Location: London - 5 days on-site

Mandatory Skills:

  • Skills: Hyper‑V, Windows infrastructure, PowerShell, production support/SRE
  • Focus areas: TLM and OS upgrades, configuration drift remediation, operational stability

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or System Administration.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and disaster recovery experience.
