Essential Experience
- Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle-design, build, commissioning, and live operations-of complex engineering or infrastructure systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, Central Monitoring platforms, CCTV, or equivalent critical control environments.
- Experience operating within high-availability, mission-critical environments where resilience, uptime, and security are non-negotiable.
- Deep understanding of physical and system security principles, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and manage operational risk.
- Track record of driving automation and Infrastructure as Code, reducing manual intervention, and improving operational performance at scale.
- Ability to design and integrate complex, multi-vendor systems into cohesive, scalable, and future-ready platforms.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value and influence stakeholders across engineering, security, and operations.
- Focus on service assurance, proactive monitoring, and continuous optimisation to enhance availability and performance.
