Your role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will support and improve a mixed on-premise IT environment across Linux and Windows. Working within a small team of three engineers plus a manager, you'll have a broad remit spanning 1st-3rd line support, infrastructure, networking, hardware and software. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, maintain core systems and help drive improvements across the environment, taking a pragmatic approach to delivering reliable and secure technology.

About you:

  • You have a deep knowledge of Linux OS and also a good knowledge of Windows
  • You have a strong understanding of networking and hardware
  • You have experience across 1st to 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting
  • You have a good working knowledge of security best practices
  • You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
