Infrastructure Generalist | London / New York
Hybrid (4 days in the office) - salary competitive
We’re looking for exceptional Infrastructure Generalists to build and evolve the infrastructure behind a high-performance technology environment.
This is not a traditional infrastructure role.
You’ll work in a greenfield environment, solve problems from first principles, make architectural decisions and have genuine ownership over systems that matter.
You’ll get to:
- Build across compute, storage, networking & cloud
- Solve complex problems across servers, endpoints & services
- Experiment, benchmark and improve performance & reliability
- Evaluate cutting-edge technologies and turn ideas into reality
- Shape architecture and infrastructure strategy

We’re looking for engineers who:
- Have 2+ years of infrastructure/systems experience
- Understand how computers, operating systems and networks actually work
- Can debug unfamiliar systems from first principles
- Are curious, analytical and relentlessly pragmatic
- Take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Have a track record of exceptional academic or professional achievement
