Infrastructure Expansion & Commercial Lead

The Infrastructure Expansion & Commercial Lead is responsible for driving network growth, developing new site opportunities, and delivering scalable connectivity solutions that support business expansion and customer requirements. The role leads the full lifecycle of infrastructure development, from opportunity identification and commercial assessment through planning, design, build, and operational readiness.

The role is working for a high profile client based in Reading with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Network expansion - Identify and progress new site opportunities across macro, rooftop, and streetworks infrastructure.
• Connectivity solutions - Develop scalable connectivity and shared-infrastructure solutions that meet customer and network needs.
• Commercial leadership - Lead business cases, negotiate agreements, and manage commercial risks for new opportunities.
• Planning and design - Oversee feasibility, planning applications, and design development to ensure compliant, effective solutions.
• Delivery oversight - Coordinate acquisition, build, and deployment activities, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Stakeholder engagement - Build strong internal and external relationships, presenting recommendations and representing the business with partners and authorities.
