BONDHOLDERS

BONDHOLDERS is currently one of Europe’s leading independent fiduciary and agency services providers. We specialise primarily in providing bond trustee and independent loan agency services covering various asset classes under a number of international jurisdictions.

We are strengthening our team and looking for a person to manage an international portfolio of syndicated loan agencies, bond trustee and security agent appointments. The successful candidate will onboard, monitor, administer, and carry out analysis and reporting during the transactions’ life cycle events in accordance with the terms of the financing agreements and internal directions provided.

Responsibilities

  • Review of draft facility, bond issuance, and security package documentation from an agency/trustee and security agent perspective during the pre-closing process.
  • General management of a domestic and international portfolio of project and infrastructure transactions.
  • Other activities such as:
    • Calculation of the amounts to be distributed across borrowers and lenders in accordance with the terms of the facility agreements (e.g. drawdowns, fees, interest, and principal repayments);
    • Setting of interest periods and applicable reference interest rates;
    • Loan/Bond lifecycle event management and bookkeeping of the transactions;
    • Execution of payment instructions in relation to loan lifecycle events.
    • Management of loans and bonds administration-related communications to investors, borrowers, and lenders.
    • Assistance and coordination of consents, waivers, and restructuring processes.
    • General liaison with third parties such as sponsors, lawyers, auditors, bankers, and investors, as required.

  • Minimum experience of 10 years working in project and infrastructure finance related area, preferably in an infrastructure firm, law firm, or the middle office or front office of a bank.
  • Excellent work attitude, quick, and willing learner.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Eagerness to pay attention to detail and to go the extra mile in all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Advanced use of English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Willingness to be of service.
