Senior Associate | Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects Finance | Top-Tier Global Firm
5-7 PQE | City / International Firm | Hybrid Working
I'm working with a leading global banking practice on a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate in their Infrastructure, Energy and Projects Finance team.

- A truly global offering, advising sponsors, lenders, funds, governments and multilaterals on landmark infrastructure and project finance transactions across renewables, power, transport, digital infrastructure and natural resources
- Multi-billion-dollar deal flow spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas
- Recent mandates include major offshore wind financings, cross-border interconnector projects, sovereign and DFI-backed emerging market power deals, and landmark UK infrastructure financings
- A track record of closing complex, high-value transactions that regularly make headlines in the sector

What they're looking for:
- A Banking lawyer with strong project finance and/or infrastructure finance experience (5-7 PQE, or equivalent)
- Currently at a leading City or US firm
- Strong academics (2.1 or above) with excellent drafting and technical skills
- A collaborative operator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues, and who is ready to take on real transaction responsibility
