We are working with leading European infrastructure investors looking to hire Investment Associates into their London-based infrastructure investment teams.

The platforms have established track records across the European infrastructure market, investing in businesses and assets that provide essential services and support long-term economic and societal growth. Their investment strategies span key sectors including energy transition, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure and social infrastructure, with a focus on attractive mid-market opportunities and active ownership.

These are hands-on roles within high-performing investment teams, offering exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and investment analysis through to transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management. The successful candidates will work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams, gaining broad exposure to both new investments and existing portfolio companies.

The role:

  • Build and review detailed financial models to assess new investment opportunities and support investment decisions
  • Support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure transactions across a range of sectors and geographies
  • Prepare investment committee materials, transaction presentations and detailed financial analysis
  • Conduct market, sector and company research to support investment decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Support financial, commercial, legal and technical due diligence processes
  • Contribute to the origination and screening of new investment opportunities
  • Work closely with portfolio and asset management teams to monitor performance and identify value creation opportunities
  • Work alongside senior investment professionals throughout the full investment lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
