Infrastructure Investments Graduate Programme 2027
Location: London
Start date: 6 September 2027
Programme length: Two years
Structure: Four six-month rotations within your assigned division, with initial onboarding in Frankfurt, Germany
About the opportunity
Launch your career in infrastructure investing with a leading global asset management firm.
Join an experienced Infrastructure Private Equity team investing in businesses and assets that provide essential services across Europe. These include renewable energy, transport, ports, waste treatment, and data centres.
You’ll gain practical experience across the investment lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and evaluating acquisitions to supporting portfolio companies and fundraising. Technical training, expert guidance, and an international graduate network will support your development throughout the programme.
Key eligibility criteria
- Graduation: You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2026, or be on track to graduate by 1 July 2027.
- Start date: You must be available to start on 6 September 2027 and commit to the two-year programme.
- Experience: You must have less than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience, excluding internships.
- English: You must be fluent in English.
- Location: You must be able to undertake the programme in London and attend initial onboarding in Frankfurt.
- Microsoft Office: You must have experience using Excel and PowerPoint.

What you’ll be doing
- Identify and screen potential infrastructure investments across Europe.
- Support the evaluation, due diligence, and acquisition of new investments.
- Analyse the commercial strengths, risks, and potential returns of investment opportunities.
- Assist with building and reviewing financial models, including discounted cash flow and dividend discount models, to support valuations.
- Work with colleagues and portfolio company management teams on business planning, investment projects, and commercial opportunities.
- Help monitor investment performance and prepare reports for clients.
- Support fundraising activities for future investment funds.
- Attend Investment Committee meetings to understand how investment decisions are made.
Skills and interests you’ll bring
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines.
- An interest in infrastructure investing, private markets, or wider financial markets, demonstrated through your studies, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- A collaborative approach, curiosity, and willingness to contribute ideas and take responsibility.

Beneficial, but not essential
- Internships in investment banking, M&A, private equity, consulting, or accounting.
- Exposure to financial modelling, valuation, or investment analysis through academic work, internships, or employment.
- Additional European language skills.
