Cloud & Infrastructure Lead | Remote UK | Consultancy | Azure | M365 | £50,000–£60,000

Cloud Decisions are working with a growing, Microsoft-first MSP looking for a senior Microsoft infrastructure / cloud professional to take a lead role across client projects, technical delivery and service improvement.

Working closely with the IT Director, you’ll have a genuine influence on client technology roadmaps, project delivery and technical direction, while also acting as a senior escalation point for the service desk.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects across a varied client base
  • Design, implement and support Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
  • Provide senior technical escalation across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation and security
  • Support and mentor the wider technical team, helping to build capability
  • Work directly with clients, providing clear communication and a commercially minded approach
  • Contribute to solution design, technology roadmaps and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong technical documentation and ensure projects are delivered effectively

You'll have a strong Microsoft background, with experience across Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and networking, ideally gained within an MSP, consultancy or multi-client environment.

We're looking for someone who combines technical depth with strong client skills — someone who understands the technology but, more importantly, understands the client's business and what they're trying to achieve.

Experience with ConnectWise, PowerShell, VMware/Hyper-V, cybersecurity or automation technologies would be advantageous.
