The Infrastructure Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role is responsible for overseeing the firm’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and related security controls, to ensure availability, resilience, and performance across trading and business systems.

Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades
- Managing vendors and service providers
- Monitoring system health
- Coordinating incident response and problem resolution
The Infrastructure Manager collaborates closely with technology, trading, risk, and operations teams to support business-critical platforms, ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities. The role also involves designing and documenting infrastructure standards, leading small projects, and mentoring team members to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong infrastructure management skills, including experience with server administration (Windows/Linux), storage solutions, and data center or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Solid networking skills, such as routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network performance monitoring in low-latency or high-availability environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms and automation, including tools for configuration management, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Robust IT security and compliance skills, including access control, patch management, vulnerability mitigation, and familiarity with regulated financial environments.
- Strong incident, change, and problem management skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant experience in financial services or asset management, particularly supporting trading or risk systems, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
