M&A Infrastructure Migration Lead

£500 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

Hybrid – 1 day per week in Staines + Extensive European Travel (Expenses Paid)

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Migration Lead to support a major European M&A integration programme. You'll take ownership of coordinating infrastructure migrations across 13 business entities, 37 sites and approximately 1,000 users, ensuring successful delivery from discovery through to cutover and post-migration support.

This is a hands-on delivery role, working with internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to drive site readiness, coordinate migration activity and resolve issues before they impact delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the planning and coordination of infrastructure migrations across multiple European locations.
  • Manage site readiness, migration waves, cutover activities, rollback planning and hypercare.
  • Coordinate internal teams, local IT, third-party suppliers and managed service providers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure and security teams to manage technical dependencies.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams, providing regular updates on progress, risks and migration readiness.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers and dependencies, driving issues through to resolution.
  • Maintain migration documentation including runbooks, RAID logs, cutover plans and status reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
