Project Manager | Location: Essex / South East England (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in IT infrastructure, service transitions, or managed services environments?
A growing technology services organisation is looking for a talented Project Manager to lead client onboarding, offboarding, transition, and infrastructure projects. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business-critical initiatives while collaborating with technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Managing client onboarding and offboarding projects
- Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs and documentation
- Coordinating technical teams and third-party suppliers
- Managing project risks, issues, scope changes and stakeholder expectations
- Leading infrastructure and technology transition projects
- Facilitating customer workshops and project meetings
- Producing regular project reporting and financial updates
- Ensuring delivery is aligned with agreed timelines and quality standards
- Supporting acquisition integration and infrastructure upgrade projects
Requirements
To be successful in this Project Manager position, you'll ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management within IT environments
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project methodology qualification
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership engagement
- Experience delivering IT transition, migration or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong financial and budget management capability
- Experience within an MSP environment would be advantageous
- Understanding of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure or endpoint technologies
