Job Description

Project Planning and Execution

Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects, including IT systems, data centers, networks, end user and cloud environments.

Team Coordination

  • Assemble and lead project teams
  • Assign responsibilities
  • Monitor progress
  • Enforce accountability across technical and cross-functional teams

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with customers, business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Align project goals with organizational objectives
  • Maintain effective communication

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks
  • Implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve issues to minimize project impact

Vendor and Contract Management

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Expertise

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, network, End User, data systems, servers, and cloud-based environments
