A global organisation are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Scheduler / RFP Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project scheduling, infrastructure environments, and coordinating RFP responses, with a solid understanding of networking technologies, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
This will be a 6-12 months+ contract with the opportunity for further extensions available.
This position will be worked Hybrid/Remote with the occasional visit to the client’s head office in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for network and IT infrastructure deployments.
- Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, vendors, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and scheduling across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFP responses, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate technical and commercial proposal content.
- Review RFP requirements, identify risks, assumptions, and compliance gaps.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting within project management tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve project planning, scheduling, and proposal processes.

- Proven experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or project management within IT infrastructure or telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, wireless technologies, and data centre environments.
- Proven experience supporting or managing RFP and proposal development processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
