About Aquila ATMS

At Aquila Air Traffic Management Services (ATMS), we are dedicated to creating a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and excellence thrive. As a joint venture between NATS and Thales, we combine the expertise of leading air traffic control services and global systems integration to deliver cutting-edge solutions in air traffic management.

Join us in shaping the future of air traffic management, and together, we will elevate aviation safety and efficiency worldwide!

The Role

We're looking for an Infrastructure Refresh Change Coordinator to join our Refresh team and play an important role in refreshing the systems and infrastructure that underpin the UK's Military Air Traffic Management capability.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to nationally important work, helping ensure military air traffic control services continue to evolve in response to future operational demands. You'll help develop and coordinate infrastructure improvements that maintain resilience, enhance capability and support the long-term needs of our military aviation customers.

Working across Engineering, Customer Solutions, Service Delivery, Asset Management, Commercial, Finance and Procurement, you'll bring together people, information and priorities to support turning ideas into robust investment proposals and approved programmes of work.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating infrastructure refresh initiatives from initial concept through feasibility, option analysis, scope definition and governance approval.
  • Supporting the development of business cases, governance submissions and investment proposals that enable confident decision-making.
  • Maintaining a clear view of priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and decisions across the Refresh portfolio.
  • Bringing together technical specialists, operational stakeholders and business functions to build alignment and move initiatives forward.
  • Ensuring approved refresh activity is clearly defined and ready for a successful transition into project delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve Refresh planning, governance, reporting and ways of working.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to meaningful work and play a part in helping the organisation achieve its objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
