Infrastructure Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to provide technical leadership across our workplace technology environment, supporting the design, delivery, security and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology solutions
- Provide expert technical support and act as an escalation point for complex incidents and problems
- Lead infrastructure improvements, upgrades and technology roadmaps
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online and endpoint management platforms
- Drive security, compliance and service performance across the workplace estate
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior infrastructure, support or architecture role
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams and Endpoint Management
- Experience with workplace technologies, collaboration platforms and unified communications
- Experience operating within ITIL service management environments
