IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer
1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and Management
Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector.
Work includes:
- 1st & 2nd line desktop support
- Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune
- Networking Routers and connected devices
- Management of 3rd party suppliers

Skills and experience required:
- Strong skills with O365, Entra ID
- Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
- Experience with Active Directory (does not need to be current)
- Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
- Customer Support friendly
