Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.
Hybrid working, 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We’re adding to our Infrastructure team! As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our systems, services and people connected, secure and supported. Strengthening our infrastructure, supporting our cloud platforms and helping protect the business against emerging security threats.

The Role
The go-to expert for complex technical issues, acting as the highest point of escalation within our IT support team. You'll investigate and resolve critical incidents, drive root cause analysis and work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a secure, reliable and high-performing technology environment.
- Acting as the final technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and security incidents, carrying out root cause analysis and driving issues through to resolution.
- Managing and supporting core infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management and network services.
- Responding to security threats, investigating identity and access risks, maintaining security tools, and coordinating vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Monitoring the health, performance and availability of infrastructure, cloud services and virtualised environments to ensure a stable and secure technology estate.
- Supporting backup, recovery and business continuity activities while identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure, security and service delivery.
- Mentoring Service Desk colleagues, sharing technical expertise, maintaining documentation and ensuring best practice and governance standards are followed.

You’ll Be Great If You Have…
- Infrastructure Support experience, either as an Infrastructure Support Engineer or an experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Service Desk Analyst.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, endpoint management and virtualisation technologies.
- Strong understanding of cyber security, threat detection, vulnerability management and incident response.
- Enjoy solving complex technical challenges and can stay calm under pressure, especially when dealing with critical incidents.
- Communicates confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Takes ownership, with a proactive approach to improving systems, security and service delivery.
- An affinity with our brand, products and values.
