Infrastructure & Support Manager

📍 Basingstoke or London (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week)
💰 Up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Infrastructure Analyst looking to take your first step into management?

We're supporting a well-established organisation looking for an Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead a small technical team while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure, cloud and cyber security services.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days in meetings. Instead, you'll continue to work hands-on across Azure, networking and security, while coaching and developing a team of three Support Analysts.

If you're looking for a role where you can broaden your technical exposure, influence infrastructure strategy and begin building your leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be involved in everything from Azure administration and cloud optimisation through to networking, cyber security tooling, supplier management and infrastructure improvements across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
