Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Chauffeur and Caretaker
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
About the Role
You will be a proactive and dedicated team player, responsible for providing a professional and discreet driving service to the President and Vice-Chancellor, senior University executives, and high-profile visiting dignitaries. In addition, you will oversee all associated transport administration to ensure the smooth delivery of the service.
During periods when driving duties are not required, you will provide caretaker support to the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor and the wider building, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and discreet driving service to high-profile individuals.
- Oversee transport administration to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide caretaker support to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the University in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced driving qualifications or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur and/or caretaker is desirable, although not essential.
- Willingness to undertake any required training to support development in the role.
