An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well-established and highly respected UK business in a part-time, in-house role based in Warwickshire. This position offers varied and interesting work across a broad commercial remit, including:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on day-to-day legal and business matters
  • Supporting with a range of dispute and contentious issues
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

The role would suit a lawyer with around 3+ years' PQE, ideally with some prior in-house experience, although candidates moving from private practice with strong commercial exposure will also be considered. It may particularly appeal to:
