Are you a seasoned talent matchmaker looking for your next fully remote challenge? We are partnering with a large global manufacturer to help them find a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted talent advisor, and proactively sourcing high-quality talent across commercial business functions.
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay: GBP25.00 to GBP30.00 per hour
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various commercial roles and business functions.
- Partnering with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and build appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously.
- Providing recruitment insights via reporting, metrics, and data analysis.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across different organisational levels.
- Delivering a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

What We Are Looking For In You
- Previous full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment, life sciences, or healthcare.
- Experience recruiting across multiple job families and business functions.
- Strong direct sourcing skills, incorporating Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience utilising recruitment data and metrics to support decision-making.
