Initiatives Graduate
Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization’s standards of quality and cost.
Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care)
- An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
- Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
- Develop and improve technical mastery skills in different areas, the content is determined by the Manufacturing Academy.
- Work on Process Control and TPM.
- Network with other graduate engineers and build a network in the company.
- Support experienced roles in daily tasks.
- Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables.
- Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes.

Experience and qualification requirements
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/Mechatronic/Supply Chain Management /Data Science/IT or equivalent.
- Outstanding academic achievement is an advantage.
- Excellent level of English and local language.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrates the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success.
