About The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our Injection Moulding department as a Cell Manager.

As Injection Moulding Cell Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team, working in collaboration with other manufacturing departments to produce the best fantasy miniatures in the world!

In this demanding role, you will set and drive high standards both personally and for your team, always pushing for more and better. Using your strong tenacity and determination, you refuse to give up on your goals, even when faced with difficulties, challenges, or setbacks.

A genuine passion to achieve zero defects, while continually promoting and driving quality, consistency and improvement is essential. Understanding the priority of products and how different products impact the business is also key.

Whilst we know that there are challenges involved in producing defect free, complex miniatures within a fast paced production environment, your previous management experience will support you in achieving these requirements, while at the same time delivering the required Health & Safety Standards and championing Continuous Improvement activities amongst your team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
