Innovation & Adoption Manager
London | International Law Firm | Hybrid Working
Are you excited by the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted across a leading international law firm?
We're partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to recruit an Innovation & Adoption Manager, a newly created role that will play a pivotal part in driving AI adoption and innovation across the firm's European offices.
Working closely with the Director of AI & Innovation, you'll be responsible for turning strategy into tangible results, helping lawyers and business services teams embed AI into their day-to-day work through effective training, workflow design, stakeholder engagement and change management. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a role that sits at the heart of one of the legal sector's most ambitious AI programmes.
The Opportunity
As the firm's AI lead across Europe, you'll work directly with partners, practice leaders and business services teams to identify opportunities, encourage adoption and maximise the value of the firm's investment in AI and legal technology. The role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape how AI is used across multiple jurisdictions, whilst building capability and driving meaningful change throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption and successful rollout of AI tools across the firm's European offices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to lawyers, partners and senior stakeholders on AI, innovation and technology adoption.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions.
- Configure and optimise AI workflows, assistants and automations using leading legal AI platforms.
- Partner with practice groups to identify high-impact use cases and process improvement opportunities.
- Work alongside IT and innovation teams to deliver scalable AI and automation solutions.
- Measure adoption, engagement and business impact, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support the continued development of a growing innovation and adoption function across Europe.

Requirements:
- Experience within legal innovation, legal technology, knowledge management, legal operations, digital transformation or change management.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Lexis+ AI or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of technology adoption, stakeholder engagement and behaviour change.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes and user enablement initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including workflow automation and process improvement.
- A passion for AI, innovation and transforming the way professional services organisations operate.
