Lead the Ideas That Shape the Future of Packaging
Do you love turning customer challenges into packaging solutions that stand out on shelf, excite consumers and drive commercial success?
We're looking for an Innovation Centre Manager to lead our Pack Positive Centre in Leeds. This is a high-impact role where you'll bring together creativity, technology and commercial thinking to deliver the next generation of packaging innovation.
You'll lead a talented team, influence business strategy and help customers bring great ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing
As the driving force behind our innovation activity, you'll:
- Shape and deliver the Innovation Centre strategy, ensuring we're focused on the opportunities that create the greatest value.
- Lead, inspire and develop the Pack Positive team, creating an environment where creativity thrives.
- Turn customer briefs into innovative, commercially viable packaging solutions.
- Oversee EPD, design and prototyping activities, ensuring exceptional quality and execution.
- Partner with Sales, R&D, CAD, NPD and Commercial teams to transform ideas into successful products.
- Introduce new technologies, tools and ways of working to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Host customer innovation days, tours and workshops that showcase our capabilities and expertise.
- Monitor project performance, resource planning and commercial return.
- Stay on top of emerging consumer trends, packaging innovation and market developments.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a natural leader with a passion for innovation and a strong commercial mindset. You'll bring:
- Experience in Packaging Development, NPD, EPD or Innovation
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Knowledge of CAD, packaging design and product development processes
- The ability to turn customer needs into exciting, actionable solutions
- Confidence working across commercial, technical and creative functions
- Energy, curiosity and a drive to make things happen
