Innovation, Change and Transformation Manager
Role Purpose
Owns the account's end-to-end innovation pipeline, sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing new ideas, tools, and service enhancements that deliver measurable client value. Serves as the strategic architect and PMO for transformation initiatives across all service lines globally, designing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that drive adoption and sustained behavioral change. Builds stakeholder alignment through executive influence, facilitates innovation workshops to co-develop solutions with clients, and manages complex change processes from pilot through full deployment. Translates industry best practices into account-specific recommendations while coaching senior leaders in their roles as change champions.
What this job involves:
- Own the account's innovation pipeline end-to-end: source, vet, and prioritize new ideas, tools, and service enhancements against client needs and business case strength
- Track innovation initiatives using structured logs or dashboards, monitoring status, expected value, and adoption milestones from concept through full deployment
- Benchmark best practices across JLL's portfolio and the broader industry, translating external innovation into account-specific recommendations
- Lead and facilitate innovation workshops with clients to surface challenges and co-develop solutions that drive measurable value
- Design, develop, and implement change management and communication strategies across all impacted client teams and service lines globally, including COE organizations
- Manage the change process for each initiative from pilot through full implementation, including stakeholder communication, training plans, and adoption tracking
- Create and execute detailed project plans for all change management deliverables: business readiness, training, communications, and sustainability initiatives
- Organize, facilitate, and deliver change champion models across multiple lines of business to enable employee education and engagement
- Serve as PMO to implement innovation and transformation globally across the account, coordinating all service lines and cross-functional teams
- Partner with Technology & BI, Operations, and account leadership to scope, test, and roll out selected initiatives effectively
- Manage complex stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using executive influence skills, building credibility with field teams to enable trust and faster decision-making
- Coach senior leaders in fulfilling their roles as change leaders, strengthening executive sponsorship and commitment

Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years in innovation management, change management, or transformation program leadership within complex, global organizations
- Proven track record managing innovation pipelines with measurable value delivery and adoption metrics
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks)
- Demonstrated ability designing and facilitating workshops that drive co-creation and problem-solving with senior stakeholders
- Experience serving as PMO for multi-workstream transformation initiatives across diverse business units
- Executive presence and influencing skills to build credibility and drive decision-making with field teams and senior leadership
- Track record developing communication strategies, training programs, and change champion networks
- Strong analytical skills translating external benchmarks and best practices into actionable recommendations
- Experience coaching executives on change leadership and strengthening sponsorship commitment
- Bachelor's degree required; change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) strongly preferred
