Innovation Coordinator | DWP Account | ISS UK

ISS is recruiting for an Innovation Coordinator to support the delivery of innovation initiatives across the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating innovation projects, managing the ServicePoint Hub (SPH) platform, and helping introduce new technologies and smarter ways of working that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate innovation projects and support the delivery of new technologies and operational improvements.
  • Manage and develop the ServicePoint Hub (SPH), ensuring it remains an effective communication and operational platform.
  • Research emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery across the DWP account.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We're Looking For:

  • Experience coordinating projects, innovation programmes, or business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using reporting and project management tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Monday.com.
  • An interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.
