Manager, Innovation Enablement – UK & Ireland
Reporting To: VP, Technology UK&I and dotted line reporting to Head of Products, Partnerships & Innovation
Location: Heathrow (with travel across UK & Ireland as needed)
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

Role Overview and Purpose
The Manager, Innovation Enablement – UK & Ireland is responsible for translating enterprise technology and innovation solutions into scaled, value-generating outcomes across the UK & Ireland business. This role serves as a critical bridge between centralized Product, Technology, and Innovation teams and regional UK&I leadership and operations.
The role has two core mandates:
- Enable and scale existing enterprise solutions across UK&I through hands-on implementation, training, change management, and integration support.
- Identify solution gaps and partner with central innovation and product teams to design, pilot, and validate new solutions that can be incorporated into the enterprise roadmap.
Success in this role requires strong execution capability, comfort operating across organizational boundaries, and the ability to balance strategic alignment with practical, on-the-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Enablement & Scaling
- Lead the regional implementation and scaling of enterprise technology and innovation solutions across UK & Ireland.
- Act as the primary UK&I liaison to centralized Product and Innovation teams for solution rollout.
- Partner with UK&I leadership to drive adoption through:
- On-the-ground training and enablement
- Change management and stakeholder alignment
- Identification of process, data, and systems integration needs
- Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI of deployed solutions; surface insights and improvement opportunities to central teams.
- Ensure solutions are adapted (where appropriate) to meet local regulatory, operational, and market needs while maintaining enterprise standards.

Innovation Gap Identification & Piloting
- Identify unmet needs or capability gaps where no enterprise solution currently exists.
- Collaborate with UK&I business leaders to define clear problem statements and success criteria.
- Partner with central innovation and product leads to:
- Shape roadmap inputs
- Identify solutions for piloting
- Design and execute pilots in UK&I
- Validate business value, scalability, and operational fit
- Support the innovation team with driving the on-the-ground pilot activity, including vendor coordination (where applicable), stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Serve as a trusted partner to UK&I leadership teams, helping them understand, adopt, and champion new technologies.
- Align regional priorities with enterprise technology and innovation strategy.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on goals, progress, and outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
Required
- 5–8+ years of experience in technology enablement, innovation, product operations, consulting, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience implementing and scaling enterprise solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, or innovation teams without being a hands-on developer.
- Ability to operate independently and drive execution in a regional, field-facing role.
Preferred
- Experience running pilots or proofs of concept for new technologies.
- Background in facilities management, B2B services, or asset-heavy industries (helpful but not required).
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, data integrations, or workflow tools.
- Experience working across global / regional organizational models.

- Enterprise solutions are successfully adopted and scaled across UK&I with measurable business impact.
- UK&I leaders view the role as a trusted partner in technology and innovation adoption.
- Clear, high-quality inputs from UK&I are shaping the central innovation and product roadmap.
- Pilots launched in UK&I are well-run, data-driven, and inform enterprise investment decisions.
