A leading law firm is looking to hire a proactive and driven innovation manager for a permanent, full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to work between the innovation and practice teams, helping lawyers to get the best out of new legal technology and innovation tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients, lawyers, and vendors
- Managing the innovation and AI roadmap and responsible AI governance
- Representing the firm at events and preparing the firm's innovation agenda
- Coaching team members in innovation, AI, and legal operations
- Reporting on adoption and return on investment for stakeholders
- Troubleshooting implementation issues and finding solutions to meet the needs of clients and lawyers
- Diagnosing pain points in legal workflows and identifying practical solutions
- Leading the delivery of AI and innovation initiatives

Main experience and skills required
- Strong experience of working with workflow platforms, automation, and AI tools
- Change management / process improvement experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Experience of identifying and effectively implementing improvements into practice
- A passion for innovation and experience of driving engagement and adoption
