In-Room Dining Supervisor – Waldorf Astoria London, Admiralty Arch
About the Role
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to join the pre-opening team for this eagerly anticipated luxury hotel, set to open later this year.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding team and help shape the unparalleled guest dining experience at this iconic landmark hotel, located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace.
When open, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will offer:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants:
- Coreus by Clare Smyth
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud
- A world-class spa
- State-of-the-art fitness facilities
- A selection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests

Key Responsibilities
The In-Room Dining Supervisor will:
- Lead the in-room dining service to ensure luxury, exceptional five-star guest experiences
- Maintain the highest industry service standards consistent with Forbes premium hospitality recognitions
- Oversee team performance and guarantee consistently exceptional in-room dining expertise
- Collaborate with the founding team to set and uphold service standards during a dynamic pre-opening phase
- Drive innovation in luxury in-room dining solutions for an elite guest base.

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership in luxury hospitality, particularly with in-room dining operations
- Experience in high-end hotels or celebrity chef-driven restaurants
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance service excellence at peak luxury levels
- Strong run operational excellence in εύтором conditions or within pre-opening teams
- Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills in evalorising the guest experience
