Desk Team EMEA

The Desk is a highly driven, high-energy team currently made up of 3 heads but with the potential to grow in the future. The role of the team is to assist our unmanaged customer base with a focus on retaining and growing our existing EMEA accounts.

Inside Customer Success Executive

The internal function will report to the Desk Team Manager and focus on supporting and selling to our unmanaged customer base, whilst working alongside the internal Direct and Channel teams.

Working on regular workflows and a variety of campaigns, you will engage with existing customers, encourage sales of new lines of business, provide frontline support, and identify wider opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Speaking daily with the unmanaged customer base
  • Promoting products within the Location Intelligence product portfolio
  • Organising meetings with existing clients and prospective ones
  • Retaining and growing the book of unmanaged accounts
  • Identifying risk in the portfolio and helping to retain the client's business
  • Work within a target-driven team
  • Qualifying incoming marketing sales leads, directing as appropriate
  • Utilise the systems and tools to identify new opportunities in addition to maintaining an up-to-date customer record

Skills We're Looking For

  • Experience of working within a target-driven/performance-led business
  • An individual who is interested in developing a career in sales in a client-centric and high activity environment
  • A good communicator, both orally and written
  • Experience in IT/Enterprise software would be an advantage but not compulsory
  • Detail-conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up-to-date records
  • A motivated person, who is reliable and driven by success, reward, and recognition
  • An individual who can demonstrate business and commercial awareness and a strong team
