Inside Sales Executive / Inside Account Manager
Banbury, Oxfordshire
Up to £33,000 Basic Salary | £40,000 OTE
Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working on behalf of a leading Managed Services Provider specialising in data storage, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an ambitious Inside Sales Executive / Inside Account Manager to join their successful sales team based in Banbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, generating opportunities, and managing accounts within the IT technology sector. You'll work closely with both new and existing customers, helping organisations improve their storage, backup, and wider infrastructure environments through industry-leading solutions.
The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with senior sales, technical, and vendor teams.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
- Build an understanding of customers' storage, backup, and data protection requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an Inside Sales, Internal Sales, Telesales, Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development role.
- Previous experience selling IT solutions, managed services, hardware, software, infrastructure, cloud, storage, backup, or cybersecurity solutions would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate and develop sales opportunities over the phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated to work towards targets and exceed expectations.
- Experience using CRM platforms would be beneficial.
