Inside Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. Use effective questioning techniques to understand customer requirements.
- Sales Execution: Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. Follow up with potential customers to address any concerns and finalize agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Language: Bilingual with English as the primary language.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech Savvy: You are tech savvy and have advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relationship builder, creative dealmaker, and part of our growth trajectory.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience selling bioprocessing products or technologies.
- Familiarity with upstream/downstream bioprocessing workflows.
