At Exterro

At Exterro, we turn data risk into data confidence by delivering the world’s leading AI-driven platform for eDiscovery, data privacy, cybersecurity governance, and digital forensics. As the global standard for unified data risk management, we practice what we preach: we believe in eliminating "busywork," manual overhead, and process drag.

Inside Sales Account Manager EMEA

Exterro is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager EMEA to join our dynamic SaaS team. This is a specialized, full-lifecycle role designed for a professional who excels at driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through both new lead conversion and strategic base management.

In this role, you aren't just managing accounts; you are the primary engine for growth within your territory. You will be responsible for converting SMB leads, optimizing e-commerce revenue, and aggressively pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your assigned customer base, all while ensuring long-term retention through world-class support and renewal management.

Key Responsibilities

ARR Generation & Growth

  • Base Expansion: Drive significant ARR growth by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your existing set of customers.
  • Lead Conversion: Act as the primary closer for Small Business (SMB) leads generated by Marketing and the Business Development (BDR) team.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Proactively manage and nurture "non-assisted" e-commerce new business opportunities, striving to increase initial ARR and convert digital-only sales into managed accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-velocity pipeline using Salesforce and Gong, leveraging MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and articulate value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
