Inside Sales Account Manager – Specialist IT Hardware into London Financial Institutions
Based in West London. Up to £36,000 basic salary, plus bonuses and benefits. Circa £40,000 OTE.
We are looking for someone with a natural talent for customer service, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships to join a niche specialist market leader. The company’s core business is supplying next-generation hardware to the EMEA and London financial markets; however, this role focuses on account managing clients’ day-to-day hardware and software needs. You will act as the vital operational bridge between clients, sales teams, and supply chain partners, taking full ownership of repeat, transactional business from existing enterprise accounts.

The Role of Inside Sales Account Manager
The role involves handling incoming enquiries, producing accurate quotes, and processing orders smoothly from start to finish. You will also make proactive customer service follow-up calls and service check-ins to build rapport and keep existing clients satisfied. You will liaise with end users, distributors, tier-one vendors, and supply chain partners to help ensure clients receive consistently high service.
What is Required
Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager within B2B sales is ideal, particularly within a product-led environment. You will bring a warm, professional communication style and strong relationship-building skills.
- You will have a logical and stable CV that demonstrates exceptional customer service delivery.
- You will be highly organised and confident using MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience within an IT reseller, MSP, or hardware environment would be a bonus, but strong organisational skills and excellent service instincts matter most.
