What You Will Do
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will maximize sales opportunities of market-leading security systems to existing residential customers. Working within a team of established sales advisors, you will advise customers moving property as to the best smart home security system to suit their needs as well as providing upgrades for existing customers over the phone.

How You Will Do It
As an Inside Sales Advisor, your role involves assisting domestic customers with their home security needs in a polite and professional manner. You'll promote our brand to existing and potential customers, providing accurate information on products and procedures. Your responsibilities include handling administration tasks related to processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external departments.

What We Look For
- Computer literate - to be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer-first experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.
- Ability to work to targets and meet KPIs set.
- Tele-sales experience would be an advantage but not necessary as thorough training is provided.
