ADI Global Distribution Inside Sales Associate Opportunity
ADI Global Distribution now have the opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate to join the ADI team at our Liverpool Store (L9 5AY). This role will be working Monday-to-Friday hours 8:00am – 5:00pm and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the team to generate sales and achieving sales targets.
Job Duties
- Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts, strategic vendors, and supply partners.
- Manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, actively tracking pipelines, closing deals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
- Assist in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Deliver products to customers across the region, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Lead by example, promoting positive behaviours and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to provide visibility on business progress and customer relationships.

- Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades or wholesale environment but equally retail will be considered favourably
- Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone as well as face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicating with customers by phone, offering advice and identifying upselling opportunities

- Prior sales and industry experience, ideally within wholesale distribution or trade counter environments
