Our X-ray Division specialises in cutting-edge inspection technologies that help customers ensure product safety and quality - focusing on designing and manufacturing advanced X-ray inspection systems that detect contaminants, verify product integrity, and support compliance with industry standards.
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Planning Coordinator. You'll manage the complete order lifecycle, collaborating with all departments across the business to ensure on-time delivery is consistently met and exceeded for every customer order.
This role requires you to be onsite 4 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are receiving an exceptional level of service.
- Manage customers’ expectations by communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all customer orders for systems and spare parts are processed accurately within a timely manner.
- On a daily basis, plan and schedule new planned orders ensuring they are planned and released in accordance with production system.
- Run weekly open order books specific to each customer and distribute accordingly.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Market Managers, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Dispatch to comprehensively understand order status.
- Attend and present relevant data at the daily production meetings such as SQCDP, release meeting and E2E boards.
- Respond to and resolve all enquiry & complaints received in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule EPO’s and manage engineering capacity.

What You Need to Succeed
- Experience working in customer service and sales order processing
- High level of attention to detail and order inputting
- Ability to communicate complex messages in a clear, straightforward and empathetic way
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to interact with peers, managers and employees
- Strong SAP knowledge and experience
