Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Mission

Lead the day-to-day performance of Teya’s inbound sales team by designing and executing effective sales strategies, supported by structured coaching, strong operating routines and disciplined pipeline management to improve conversion, productivity, sales quality and customer experience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations to build a high-performing team, optimise sales processes, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute inbound sales strategies that support Teya’s business goals and deliver revenue growth.
  • Drive lead conversion through effective sales approaches, strong funnel management, and close alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve scalable sales processes to increase efficiency, consistency, speed, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring full visibility, accurate tracking, and strong sales discipline.
  • Use CRM data, analytics, and performance insights to monitor results, identify automation and AI-enabled improvements across lead routing, follow-ups, call quality assurance, reporting, coaching and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure aligned messaging, smooth lead flows, and effective market engagement.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to product teams to help shape product improvements and roadmap decisions.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing inbound sales team in line with hiring plans, budget, and Teya’s culture.
  • Coach and mentor team members through data-driven feedback, clear expectations, and ongoing development support.
  • Foster strong collaboration within the team and across departments, creating alignment around shared goals.
  • Ensure excellent brand representation in every customer interaction, maintaining Teya’s standards, values, and customer-first approach.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
