Once For All

Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.

Role Summary

The role is responsible for selling membership to the Once For All Platform to construction businesses, helping them gain visibility, win more work, and stay compliant with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing, new or potential B2B customers in the construction industry (both inbound and outbound opportunities) via phone, email, and online demos to inform them and present the value of the OFA supplier products and services by:
    • Building strong relationships and rapport.
    • Understanding the prospects needs and objectives to ensure the value messaging delivered meets their procurement and/or compliance needs.
    • Present, promote and sell company products and/or services to potential members.
    • Addressing objections & answering questions.
    • Giving accurate product pricing information.
    • Following up and working to close new business & upgrade deals.
    • Assisting the customer through the sign-up journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the Buyer Success Team & Account Managers to ensure messaging for the ‘Buyer invite’ campaigns is agreed and understood before relaying to prospects.
  • Feedback and report on ‘Buyer invite’ campaign progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Account Managers, Marketing and Sales Operations to maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) ensuring adherence to internal processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of telesales or new business sales experience preferred.
  • Proven experience working in Sales, Business development or Account Management.
  • We will provide all the necessary sector training however demonstrating basic understanding of Construction or supply chain risk management is preferable.
  • Someone who has exceptional communication skills. You must be able to write and speak clearly and be able to explain the benefits of our products in a straightforward way.
  • Someone who loves talking to customers.
  • Someone with a strong commitment to accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Someone who is enthusiastic and shows passion and excitement for their job.
  • Someone who can learn quickly.
  • Someone who can prioritise and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Someone who is dependable and organised and can follow through on commitments they make both internally and externally.
  • Someone who loves technology and can work with computers and good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Someone who doesn’t mind the unknown, or unplanned or ever changing. Should enjoy working in a fast paced, growth environment.
  • Someone who is inquisitive and wants to understand why things work the way they work and what drives customer outcomes.
  • Someone with drive and who wants to achieve continuous professional improvement.
  • Someone who likes being on the phone.
  • Someone with the ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
