Inside Sales Executive

Are you a confident, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and contributing to ambitious growth? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales Development team and play a key role in supporting WorkNest’s continued growth.

What We Offer

What We’re Looking For

As our Inside Sales Executive, you’ll join our Sales Development team and support WorkNest’s ambitious growth plans by helping to create new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, enjoys engaging with people and is motivated by achieving results. You’ll be joining a growing organisation with a broad portfolio of services and a clear ambition for continued UK and international growth.

You’ll also take ownership of your own performance and development, working collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrating WorkNest’s values and behaviours in everything you do.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and comfortable building relationships with prospective clients
  • Commercially minded, with a strong interest in sales and business development
  • Motivated by targets, results and creating new opportunities
  • An engaging and effective communicator
  • Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of their performance
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider sales team
  • Keen to learn, develop and build their career within a growing organisation
  • Aligned with our values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Inclusion
