We’re hiring for a growing, high-end IT infrastructure business based in Sloane Square. This is a varied commercial role for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, following up opportunities and keeping sales moving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Account Managers to develop customer relationships and grow sales
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements and prepare quotes
- Proactively following up quotations and enquiries to help secure orders
- Identifying opportunities for additional products and repeat business
- Keeping customers informed from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Coordinating purchasing, suppliers and logistics to deliver a reliable service

Who we’re looking for:
You’re commercially minded, confident speaking with customers and motivated by winning business. You take initiative, follow up consistently and stay organised when managing several customer requests.

You may have experience in inside sales, account management, customer success or sales support, with a clear appetite to take on more sales responsibility.
Technology or IT experience is useful, but curiosity, drive and a strong customer focus matter more.
