GHS Direct manufactures and supplies cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, biodegradable hygiene products that are safe for pets. Its Vira-Care Disinfectant is DEFRA General Orders approved, Covid-effective, and proven to work against Parvovirus with fast contact times, supported by multiple certified tests. The company has been awarded the leaping bunny certificate for non-testing on animals. The product range includes disinfectants, antibacterial sanitizers, detergents, degreasers, animal shampoos, disinfectant wipes, and odor eliminators. GHS Direct serves a wide range of sectors, including pet and animal care outlets, kennels, catteries veterinary, industrial, domestic, care providers, medical, and leisure. The company offers introductory and repeat deals, discounts, and speedy direct delivery, backed by responsive customer care and support.
Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, and follow up on leads to promote GHS Direct’s hygiene product range to new and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with the customer care team to ensure a positive customer experience, addressing product questions, and providing after-sales support. The Inside Sales Executive will work to meet sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and support the expansion of the customer base across multiple sectors.
Remuneration
- Basic Pay: £25,490
- Plus Commission
Hours
- 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to close deals and work toward defined targets.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem solving.
- Relevant experience in B2B product sales, preferably within hygiene, pet care, or related sectors, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, basic office software, and data entry is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities is beneficial.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and a customer-focused mindset is highly desirable.
