Inside Sales & Customer Success Executive (MSP)
A well-established UK Managed Service Provider, supporting SME and mid-market clients across IT infrastructure, connectivity, cyber security, and cloud, is building out a new commercial function to sit behind its Account Management team. This is a newly created role with genuine ownership over renewals, quoting, and upsell across an existing customer portfolio, in a business that is scaling its commercial engine rather than starting from scratch.
You'll own the end-to-end renewal cycle for a live portfolio from day one, with direct influence over upsell revenue rather than sitting in a back-office processing seat.
This is a chance to build deep cross-product commercial knowledge across connectivity, Microsoft licensing, and cyber security, in a business investing in this function specifically because it sees the revenue upside.
You'll work as the commercial engine room alongside an established Account Management team, with autonomy over your portfolio and a genuinely varied day: phone-based relationship building, quoting, and proactive opportunity spotting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
