Inside Sales Executive
Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive to join a European Leader in Industrial Supply Solutions, with a focus on quality and innovation.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers, acting as a trusted point of contact while proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
You'll work across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while driving commercial activity through quotations, follow-ups, upselling and account development.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong and lasting business relationships.
- Proactively contact customers (active to lapsed) to generate opportunities, follow up quotations and secure orders.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including processing orders, returns, credit notes and backorder enquiries.
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Work closely with field sales and account management teams to maximise customer growth.

Skills & experience required
- Previous experience within Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management or a proactive Customer Service environment.
- A confident and professional telephone manner, proven ability to build relationships and influence customers.
- Experience following up quotations, generating sales opportunities and converting enquiries into orders.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with both existing and dormant customers.

- Salary of up to £30,000 DoE
