Gray Dawes are an award-winning, family-run travel management company established in 1927. Approaching 100 years of experience, and offices in the Netherlands, USA, Australia, and throughout the UK, you will be joining an expanding and supportive culture. The travel industry is the 3rd most lucrative client spending market in the world with a market share of over £250 Billion pounds. And with uncapped earning potential, you will have the chance to succeed in an already expanding market, and a company which won the best medium sized Travel Management Company for 2025.
Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our London-based team. You’ll be able to work flexibly, so can work from home on a hybrid basis after you have completed your probationary period (6 months), but you’ll also be comfortable commuting to our London office on a full time basis and regionally based offices as required. This is an exceptionally exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
